D-mail/P-mail

These are postal items that are charged on the basis of a special fee in cases when one sender sends a large number of printed matters (more than 300 items at once) or small packets (more than 50 items at once).

Feature of D-mail (priority bulk airmail)

This is a highly beneficial fee that applies when a large number of items is sent at once, for example, up to 2kg of printed matters (DM etc) or up to 2 kg of small packets with overseas mail-order goods.
For example, in case of printed matters sent by Airmail, the maximum discount could be up to about 39%.
The items will be handled as priority ones when delivered by Airmail.

Feature of P-mail (nonpriority bulk airmail)

This is a highly beneficial fee that applies when a large number of items are sent at once, such as up to 5kg of printed matters (DM etc) or up to 2 kg of small packets with overseas mail-order goods, that allow taking a little bit longer until the delivery.
Comparing to D-mail, it takes several more days until the delivery.

Payment Method

It applies to items paid for using one of the following methods: payment of postage without affixed postage stamps, payment of postage by the use of a franking machine or post-payment of postage.
